Welcome to the Quantum Cyber Range (the "Platform"), operated by Quantum Core Institute Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is a cyber-security training and simulation environment designed for educational and professional development purposes. Scenarios, scoring, and outcomes are illustrative and do not constitute real-world security assessments or guarantees.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization (if applicable) to use this Platform. Accounts are for individual use unless explicitly provisioned for team or cohort access by an instructor.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the simulation infrastructure; (b) share credentials or session tokens outside your authorized team; (c) upload malicious content; or (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All scenario content, scoring algorithms, branding, and software comprising the Platform are the property of Quantum Core Institute Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scores, recommendations, and scenario outcomes are training aids, not professional security advice. Always consult qualified professionals for real-world security decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Core Institute Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
