Session Data: scenario selections, moves, injects, inventory state, and scoring outcomes generated during gameplay.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.
To authenticate users and enforce access controls.
To generate session reports, after-action reviews, and cohort analytics.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in hosting and analytics; (b) your organization or instructor if you participate in a cohort session; (c) legal authorities when required by law.

We retain session and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
